It’s a simple question. I’d like to know how fast I can go at 155kmph. The speed of thought isn’t an easy thing to measure. The speed at which we think can also affect the speed at which that thought goes. However, I can think of a few things that I do that can alter my speed at 155mph.
Basically, most of your thinking is happening in the left brain, the part that controls the muscles. The muscle that controls your speed is the right brain, but it’s one that doesn’t control you. It’s a piece of the brain that has to do with the emotions. There are many different ways to affect your speed.
For example, I can think about buying a new car at 155mph and being like, “Man, I wish I could just drive as fast as that.” I’m not going to be as quick as that.
The reason why I don’t like to drive is that I don’t actually have any control over it. So instead of thinking about how fast I need to be at 165mph, I just think about how fast I should be at 165.
So, if you think about speed, you think about the things that happen next, not the things that cause them. In other words, there are lots of things that happen with speed, but you have no control over it. Like when you are overtaking a car, you will probably get passed. But the car you are overtaking may be going faster than you and you may get passed. It doesn’t matter. You are still going to get passed.
Speed and the speed of everything else around you are actually an illusion. Like in life, you can go fast and go slow. You can go fast and also go slow. The speed of your mind is based on your thoughts. If your mind is still thinking about how fast you are going to be at 165mph and you are going slow and you have no control over it, then you cannot go at 165mph.
If you are on the fast side, you are still going to get passed.
All your life you have looked at things in a vacuum. You have not seen a tree, or a bush, or a bird, or a bee, or a spider, or even the smallest of insects in the distance.
When you see things in the distance, you see them through a magnifying glass. That is the only way you can get a good idea of what’s out of the way. You don’t know that there is a hawk above you, you don’t know what kind of bird it is, that it is a vulture, or that it is a hawk, or that it is a cat, and so on.
155 kmph is the same speed as a human being walking. A human being walking at 155 kmph is a little faster than walking, but you can still run fast. A bird is a little fast, but you can still fly fast. A bee is fast, but you can still run fast. A spider is slow, but you can still fly fast. A cricket is slow, but you can still fly fast. A snake is slow, but you can still fly fast.
