This raw and refined dish is a little different. The raw part is the main reason for this dish, which means it is typically made with meat that is not cooked completely. The refined side is the second reason, which is the reason why this dish is so fresh and delicious. The reason for the two is because this dish is rich in protein (in this case, chicken), fat (in this case, coconut milk), and fiber (in this case, raw broccoli and carrots).

Raw broccoli and raw carrots are simply one of the ingredients that make up a raw and refined dish. They are used to make up the base, and they are added last, like a garnish, to the dish.
Raw and refined is just another word for raw vegetables in general, and raw broccoli and raw carrots are just another vegetable in my opinion. Raw vegetables are simply a type of food that are meant to be eaten raw, without being processed. To me, the word “raw” is a bit misleading, and it should be more specific to foods that have been heated, cooked, and/or processed. Raw, processed food is technically an element of the food, but it is not food.
Raw foods are actually processed food that have been cooked in a certain way. They are usually fried, boiled, or otherwise cooked, then served as a meal. All food has inherent cooking processes, and all processed food (and other foods that have been cooked) has been processed into its specific elements of cooking.
Raw food and food ingredients are often made of different types of food. When we talk about foods, we are talking about the ingredients, not the materials that we are talking about.
Food is the building block of life. It is the stuff that literally gives us energy, sustenance, food, and drink. Without food, we would be unable to live. When we eat, we are taking that energy and transforming it into something else. Like when we eat processed foods, we are not eating food, we are eating processed food. The difference is that processed food is not the food that we take to be our nourishment.
Raw food is that food that we have no plans to eat. It’s the food that we don’t intend to eat. If you eat it, you’re eating it because you’re hungry. If you don’t eat it, you are eating it because it’s convenient.
Well, I am not really sure what to do with that information.
I think the word “processed” is a little misleading. Not all food is processed, and not all food is created in a lab. The only “processed” foods are the ones that are processed to the point of being unrecognizable. That is why eating processed foods (and by the way, processed food is not really a food) is wrong. It is wrong because processed food is not the food we take to be our nourishment.
The word processed is another word for to cook and that is why processed foods are not the best way to use the word food. Food is so much more than that, it is the way we eat it that defines it. Food is not a food because it is a processed product of some kind. We can not just “eat” it. It is food.
